Why should I hire a personal trainer?

What happens during the FREE consultation call?
The first call is a detailed consultation. We discuss your fitness history, goals, lifestyle, and past injuries. We listen to your needs and may perform a brief assessment to design a program that is truly safe and effective for you.
How often should I train with a personal trainer per week?
Depending on your budget and goals, I can give you a hybrid plan to ensure consistency and progress. Most clients see excellent progress training 2-3 times per week. Two sessions provide consistency and structure, while three sessions are ideal for rapid results.
How long is each training session?
All standard training sessions are 60 minutes long. This includes a thorough warm-up, a high-intensity training segment, and a proper cool-down/stretch. Once you are familiar with the warm-up and cool-down you are free to come early and do this on your own following the in-app videos, so we get the most out of the session.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
How long will it take to see results?
It depends on your starting point and what your goals are. With consistency, you will typically feel the difference (more energy, better sleep) within the first two weeks. You can expect to see visible changes between 8-12 weeks. Consistency is the key.
Do I need to be fit to start training with you?
Absolutely not! I specialize in working with all fitness levels, especially beginners. We meet you where you are and safely build your foundation through customised, progressive workouts.
What if I have an existing injury?
Your safety is paramount. I require clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist. I will then design the program specifically around your limitations, focusing on strengthening the surrounding muscles without causing pain. If needed, we include your physio's program into your fitness program. (so I know it's been done)
